Stories from others can inspire us. Usually because they have done or achieved something that appeals to us. Something we would like, be able to or do ourselves. When we are young we do learning. Do we dare to make mistakes and learn from them.

When we get older we don’t do that anymore. Do we no longer dare because of what others think about it. We don’t take the leap for fear of failure. That is why I started the Inspirates project. Challenge people and be challenged themselves, to live, to experience and to inspire.

My spacious (and versatile) experience creates new opportunities. Often with an unorthodox view on communication and processes. Ideas that you think do not directly, but they -Once you hoort- so logically you think, "We should have done this sooner!"
UNDERTAKE
After having studied Mechanical Engineering, I started during my study Industrial Engineering My first 'company-from-the-garage. It is 1985 and together with fellow students we build Personal Computers (PCs) which I then sell.
EXPERIENCE
After my studies I put a logistics automation project at the Central Book House and am at Fuji Photo Film & responsible for engineering and maintenance. Then I work more than fifteen years in Vanga, which develops customized cabling solutions, manufactures and distributes. I become general manager and shareholder. The organization grows to seven offices with over 400 employees worldwide.
TO DO
After my shares sold in 2003, I am in 2009 by the new owner asked the company to dismantle and share a healthy restart to give. This requires decisiveness with vision and a way of free thinking which employees, customers and partners always surprised positively.
INSPIRE
Increasingly, I am asked if "Troubleshooter", "sounding board" and "man of ideas". To look beyond the problem deeper dive into the matter and make clever combinations. While I live easily in the situation in me. Take your love to bring out of your comfort zone are authentic solutions.
